Covid-19 Coronavirus

There are lots of community groups and organisations giving support to people coping with isolation in the Coronavirus pandemic lockdown.

All the Small Things have put together a webpage which lists the contact information for the official support services in Stoke on Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and the rest of Staffordshire.

• want to offer to help

If you are a community group supporting people dealing with Coronavirus in your community, please share information about what you are doing.

VAST, Support Staffordshire and the Realise Charity are working with Councils and other partners.

They need information about all the community action in Staffordshire.
This is get a coordinated response to make sure no one who needs help gets missed out.

Please check the VAST Covid19 website to find out where to send the information about what you are doing.

The official services need to know

• what you are doing (e.g. taking people supplies, phoning isolated neighbours),
• where (which areas),
• a key contact for your group who has given permission for their details to be shared.

Join the new Coronavirus Community Support online peer mentoring sessions

The online peer support sessions are led by All the Small Things CiC using Zoom.

If you are a community group, charity, an individual volunteer, or a good neighbour you are welcome.

All the Small Things CiC have been awarded a small grant from the Staffordshire Community Foundation, to host regular Covid-19 Community Helpers Peer Support sessions until September 2020.

All the Small Things CiC is a Social Action Hub. They have signed up to the Community Action Response for COVID-19.

They are working with local partner organisations to make sure people know where to get support and how to make a difference in their communities.
